We are a small, passionate team that has a track record of helping a whole host of companies produce a variety of digital products. We design websites that not only work on big clunky desktops, but also mobile devices. Our team will be there to guide you through; from the early stages of planning your design project, all the way through to completion. Since our creation in 2010 we’ve worked with an array of clients on all sorts of projects all challenging in its own way.
In doing this we have been able to develop a skill-set capable of dealing with a wide range of digital services (and some print if we really like you) for all different sizes of organisations. P.S. We lied, we don't know what the name means either; blame Andy as he came up with it. However, we do know it's pronounced 'Yooka' and not 'Yucka'. Every time someone says 'Yucka' we die a little inside.
Every interface we create is unique, stylish and most importantly useable. We believe the best results come from research that combines usability with simplistic design. This starts with hand drawn wireframes which turn into beautiful hand crafted websites.
All our websites are built in house by a specialist team put together to suit the projects' individual needs. Our designers are also responsible for developing your site with you, this is an important part of our approach. It allows us ensure sure every site is developed to your requirements.
It doesn't matter how big or small your organisation is, whether it is profit/non-profit, it is important to have a brand that truly reflects your image. A company's brand and identity is it's DNA an should allow the audience to instantly connect with it.
We use Wordpress to build nearly all of our websites. We know it inside and out and it is always adapting and evolving with the technologies on the web. It's the number one used CMS on the internet and powers over 60 million websites.

Yooka has developed lot in the last 3 years and we have gained a lot of experience along the way. When you spend most of your days in the front of Coda or Photoshop it's nice to escape it for a while and write about things that are currently interesting us or inspiring us.
